My dog Saki, a German Shepard mixed, was hit by a car in my neighborhood. This heartless person was going 60mph in a 25mph limit, didn’t stop to check & left. I adopted Saki from the South Los Angeles shelter where she was found as a 2 month old stray puppy. Being a mixed dog, many are afraid to see her features of a pit bull, but now everyone in my neighborhood knows her as the active, playful dog she is. She was hit at 4am where someone left the front gate door cracked open and never knew the chances that at that moment a speeding car would come out of no where and hit this innocent dog and not have the heart to stop and check on her. I don’t live in the most safest neighborhood but to know that people help strangers out gives me a bit more hope to know she’ll be helped. Please spread the word and reblog this. Thank you to everyone that helps in any way possible. Saki sends her thanks to you.
